I love music to sound the best it can. That’s true in the recording studio, on stage, and at home. My violin is over two hundred years old; both my recording and performing guitars are hand made. I value things that are beautifully made and built to last. At shows people always ask about my sound equipment and instruments. In response to those requests, I now put together sound systems for a range of clients. Sometimes they’re interested in equipment for their school auditorium, town hall or place of worship. Sometimes they’re curious about a high quality home theater system. Performing artists who require live sound have their own special requirements. Here you’ll find sound equipment and advice different from the the hype of the big “Music Stores.” Equipment should be appropriate to your music, venue and budget. It should be fairly priced, light weight (if used as portable PA) and built to last. For organizations, I offer training workshops on how to run sound.ave their own special needs. | ||||
